Project Management Resources:

  • Identified Project Manager
  • Outlined Project Timeline for all sites
  • Setup File Share between Client and Vendors
  • Identified IT and Network resources

 

Required Items:

  • CAD drawings for each floor, including the Area Name Overlay and Reflective Ceiling Plan Overlay
  • Meta Data Spreadsheet filled out by Client
  • Contact Information for Project Manager, Site Manager, and IT & Network Support
  • Facility Information including Site Shipping Address & Attention Name, Security/Building Access





Implementation Per Site:

PHASE 0: Planning and Information Gathering

  • Project Kick Off call with all Stakeholders
  • Weekly touchpoint calls
  • Review of Maps and Meta Data
  • Hardware install timelines coordinated with Site Manager
  • Install Vendors scheduled 

 

PHASE 1: VuSpace Dashboard Build Out & Network Device Install 

  • Build out of the sites’ virtual VuSpace environment
  • Hardware prepared for shipment
  • Network connected devices installed and configured

 

PHASE 2: Sensor Deployment and Implementation 

  • Sensors installed and configured
  • Quality Review
  • Go-Live

 

PHASE 3: Training and Support

  • Client access and testing
  • Client trained on dashboards and reports
  • Client signed off
  • Ongoing monitoring and support
